At AnyNet, we want you to love your new hoop setup. That’s why we offer our 30-Day Run It Back Guarantee. If your AnyNet™ Portable Basketball Net isn't the perfect fit for your game, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Run It Back Guarantee You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• AnyNet™ Portable Nets: Must be returned in original packaging. Please ensure the net and its magnetic attachments are packed carefully to avoid damage during transit. Due to the nature of outdoor sports equipment, the net must be free of heavy debris, mud, or severe markings.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

• In "as-new" resalable condition.

• Packed securely in the original AnyNet packaging.

• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items (The "Arrived Safe" Promise) We take great pride in our secure packaging. However, if your AnyNet™ arrives with damaged magnets or tears in the net during transit, we will make it right.

• Please inspect your order upon receipt.

• If there is damage, email support@getanynet.com within 7 days with photos of the damage and the shipping box.

• We will send out a replacement at no cost to you.

4. Return Shipping

• Change of Mind: As a US-based brand created by a local hoops crew, we cannot cover return shipping for change-of-mind purchases. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to our warehouse.

• Faulty/Incorrect Items: We will provide a pre-paid return label if the item is deemed faulty or if you received an incorrect item.

5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
